The Nebraska Christian College athletic program strives to teach lessons that can be used both in the sports students play and in the lives they lead. If you are interested in competitive athletics with us, you should fill out the form provided on this page.

We are a member of the Association of Christian College Athletics (ACCA) and the Midwest Christian College Conference and currently compete in two varsity sports- men’s basketball and women’s volleyball. Our teams travel to various states to play throughout the season.

NC is a non-scholarship school for athletes but has a variety of scholarships for other areas. We hope that you consider NC for your opportunity to grow in Christ and as an athlete. If you have any questions about the sports we offer, please feel free to contact Allen Boelter, Athletic Director, at 402-935-9415 or

The student athlete at NC is like none other. The ability to drive it hard to the hoop or to make a powerful kill shot on your opponent and then pray with them after the game is the environment you step into as a Parsons athlete. The lessons learned during competition serves future church leaders as they walk into ministry. Our athletes play the game because they know the lessons they will learn about teamwork will benefit the Kingdom of God. It is through the shedding of their own blood, sweat, and tears on our courts of competition that they will be able to fulfill a greater commission.

We are looking for student-athletes who have had some athletic experience. Can students play without having participated in the sports we offer? Sure! The bottom line for representing the college as a member of one of our teams is that we want student-athletes who have a competitive fire, yet at the end of the day, they know it is much more important to represent our Lord and Savior in all that we do.

If you think you have what it takes to be a Parson… go the distance..…complete this form, and one of our coaches will be in touch!
